Also, when you are eating at a fast-food restaurant you do not always have to eat so much. Forget about the extra portion of onion rings or the apple pie that you have afterwards. Having small meals more often is better than having a large portions and has been proven to help with weight loss. So just try to have a small main course and forget about all the extras the next time you visit your local fast-food restaurant.

Obviously obesity is not just caused by fast-food. It is a combination of eating too much of the wrong foods and a lack of exercise that causes so many people to become obese. So you should always try to eat a healthy diet and try to exercise as much as you possibly can. This will ensure that you are not storing any excess calories and that these will not be turned into fat.
